Experience

After a 30-year career in sales, Joe knew that he needed a change. He cut his teeth in the homebuilding industry by working as a project manager for a local home builder. In just 14 months, he managed 20 different projects — talk about trial by fire. But over the course of those 20 projects, he honed his skills as a project manager and fine-tuned his abilities as a designer.

Joe understands that everyone wants a beautiful home they can be proud of. He also knows that looks aren’t everything. Through Compass Point, Joe brings together aesthetic and efficiency for homes that are not only beautiful, but are thoughtfully-designed for maximum convenience.
